Commencing Countdown, Engines On

Last day before my little world changes. By this time tomorrow, I should be knee high in ripped out carpets and suffering from my dust allergies. As Robin heads off  today for a week of work, the pleasure of surveying the detritus of the previous tenant will be mine alone.

With the mindset that what moves out now does not have to be moved out later, we have spent the last three month reducing our belongings by selling and donating. Darling daughter has spent two days, this past week, sorting, repacking and labeling many bins children's clothes and baby accoutrements. They were stored in the spacious and dry basement of this home. Bye-bye big space. Bye-bye dry basement. On Saturday, we will be carting it all to a "Moms' and Tots' " sale in our town.

Have spent the last three months waiting, wondering and worrying. Unlimited to-do list. Limited time, energy and money.  Going to be interesting to see how it plays out. Fortunately there is one thing that I can do well, and that does not cost a lot of money. I can clean!
